they had lunch together after Seoul Fashion Week.

hyunjoong(leader): he looks cool guy coz he has good looks but he always lead other members with his passion n power
youngsaeng: doing as own pace in usually but shows powerful performance on the stage with beautiful voice
kyujong: never give up n do till end if he dicided something n good man who has strong heart
jungmin: mood maker n good at talking, official sexy charisma
hyungjun: established bout singing skill, lovely n he's always smiling so loved by other members




SS501
debut on june 2005 through about 5 years as preparing. not only music active with group, each members active on drama/variety/mc/radio.

1st ALBUM 『SS501』　2007.10.24 ON SALE
Japanese debut single got 10 place on oricon! did 1st thing of asian group, SS501's 1st album "SS501" will release.
there're include debut single "kokoro", 2nd single "Distance" that released at sep 19th n all 11 songs. songwriters are 松本俊明/コモリタミノル/山沢大洋/市川喜康[KABUKI], n all of charm of SS501 are packed. "4Chance" n "Again" are chosen by SS501 members so including Japanese version of them.


- Plese tell me self introduce n ur sales point.
HJL: I'm HyunJoong. I'm a leader.
HJB: I'm HyungJun. I'm a manknae.
JM: I'm sexy charisma JongMin.
YS: I'm prince YoungSaeng. mysticism.
KYU: I'm SS501's light, KyuJong.

- I've heard u debut through about 5 years as preparing, how made group?
HJB: I've been continued practicing for making unit during 5 yeas.
JM: I've scouted when I'm in junior school but can't debut coz my parets' objects. when I'm in middle school, I think I also can do n wanna be actor so looked for office. n then, my senior at school who is workin at DSP as GM now tell me accept application for making 5 boys' group. I was really lucky. n then, he introduced HJL.
HJL: I knew JM's senior. when the time, I'm doing band active n preparing for become singer at other office, but there's some bad thing so thought giving up my dream. but he introduced JM n met chief of DSP who is also senior of JM, n I was into SS501...
KYU: I had lots auditioned but every time missed. found recruitment on internet when I'm 3rd grade in high school n went to seoul. thought thats last chance to me then pass that! I was introduced other members at the time.
YS: I've prepared to become singer in other office, but there's bad thing happened n lil rest. then HJB's acquaintance introduce me to them, n into SS501.

- I've heard u r living in Japan, please tell me hard things or glad things.
HJL: glad thing is our debut single got 5 place on oricon daily chart. I was very glad when I heard that after lesson.
HJB: glad thing is we spread our name in Japan too. then hard thing is language problem. it still at issue. n we can't meet our family.
JM: I always feel thanks to I'm living. if I was living when I'm a child, think so n I wonder I can touch other country's language n people.
YS: after all glad thing is our debut single got better result then we thought. had thing is can't meet our family frequently. I can't speak Japanese well so that's hard too.
KYU: I'm going to talk at private thing not work. we r known by lots peoples in korea so we disguise n go out. but still not known in Japan, so we can go out for eat something n get on trains n walking. it's glad. but wanna we'll can't go out coz we r known by lots people in Japan too.

- I've heard its 1st time to come to fukuoka, what do u think about fukuoka?
ALL: fukuoka is 1st time.
HJL: I've heard fishery is developed in here, is it true?

- certainly sea is near by here n fishes is tasty but here's commercial town not fishery.
JM: I've saw lots ships from car so wanna get on them. I can see airy ocean.

- here's near to korea, 2 hours n 55 min to busan by ship, to Jeju-do is an hour by plane.
JM: waaaa wanna go Jeju-do~! so close to korea I wanna go back after our concert.LOL we'll go to eating motsunabe.
HJL: here's someone can't eat sushi in our group...
KYU: I can eat after coming to Japan.
YS: grilled fish or heated something is ok but...
JM: he can't eat after he ate fish n he got stomach ache in a long time ago.
YS: can't eat even grilled fish if no one took bones. coz I'm a prince...
HJL: n I've heard fukuoka has lots ramen stall.

- please PR to us ur new 1st album "SS501".
JM: we tried lots jenre as toy box. we haven't try rock style n medium tempo's song n ballad when we were in korea, but we've try at 1st. of course dance music... we covered in Japanese songs we sang in korea.

- at last, some words to readers.
JM: we'll try hard to SS501 will be known by lots Japanese peoples. Plz support us.
